Carol is a retired nurse and passionate animal lover. She was raised in the country with a menagerie of animals. She volunteered for Maine Coon Adoptions in the Bay Area, and then she volunteered with Feral Freedom in San Jose for 6 years, releasing over 800 fixed cats back to their colonies. She also had a dog walking service for 15 years, where she cared for over 50 dogs, and she still “babysits” some of those past clients. She started Tuolumne Spay and Neuter because she couldn’t continue to watch the suffering that comes with our overpopulation crisis.
